I like the instant gratification of digital photography as much as the next gal, however I still love film and my boxy old camera that was incredibly awkward as I waded through the rock-embedded waters of yosemite. Here are the film versions of my california photos from July.






My friend's sunny girls were about to burst with energy, but having a photographer for a mom gave them the patience to sit tight while I got this shot.
